you can buy a couple pounds (i'd say for 11 people maybe 5-7 pounds of shrimp, just boil them in water (still in the shell and maybe throw an onion in the pot for flavor) and once they are pink you peel them, and serve with any store bought cocktail sauce!. Shrimp is of course forever classy and delicious!. Easy to prepare also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
