Talk to a lady that's a member of the women's auxiliary in your church,or speak to the ministers wife. happy birthday in advance

depends on what you want if you ar trying to do the whole mtv sweet sixteen theme well you are going to need lots of time and lots of dinero!! Just have a huge party have every one dress in polka dots fifty dresses and Just Party!!!!!!!!!!!

roses are a good flower to use, pink or white, since you're still a "maiden" . celebrate happy moments in your life, set out fave pics of you and your freinds and family. invite your guests to bring their fave pics of you with them.
we also had a beaded jewlery party for our freind daughter. i sat and taught 10 14y/os haw to make seed bead jewelery! there are a lot of neat kits that aren't too $$$$ at stores such as Hobby Lobby!
make your fave foods, or have your freinds and family make them with you!
you have plenty of time!
hope you enjoy you special day!
i'm a sept baby too!
