I make a mexican casserole that tastes wonderfull!.!.!. the best part is it is easy!.!.!. and even better you only need 2 pans!.!.!. one for on the stove and one for the oven!.!.!.
what you need:
3 lbs ground beef
2 med!. onion (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of diced rotel tomates
1 can of ranch style beans
1 lbs of velveta
8 oz!. of sour cream
1 lb of cheddar cheese (grated)
2 bags of tortillia chips

in a nice size pot
brown ground beef and onions until ground beef is done
drain off the fat
then add both cans of soup, rotel tomates and ranch style beans and mix around
then add the velveta cheese
let it cook for a bit and when everything is good and mixed together and the velveta is melted, turn off burner and add the sour cream!.!.!.mix in well!.!.
now you need a 9X13 pan if you have one that is a little bigger that is even better!.!. or you can use two smaller ones!.!.!.
all you do now is put a layer of the meat mixure in the bottom of the pan and then put a layer of chips on top continue alternating meat and chips to top of pan make sure you end with the meat mixture on top!.!.!.!. when done sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese on top!.!.!. bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted good on top!.!.!.
then serve with the rest of the tortillia chips!.!.!.
it is the best and very filling!.!.!.!.
and I know it probably don't sound like it but it is very easy to fix!.!.!.!. and not a lot of dishes to wash after!.!.!.!. Good luck !!Www@FoodAQ@Com
