I like to make small pizzas on pita or naan bread (naan can be found at most trendy grocery stores or frozen at trader joes)!. The pita or naan gives it unique texture!. Then I play around with different toppings and even sauces or cheeses on each one, more traditional for kids and you can go more sophisticated for adults!. I like to just spread on a vegetable tapanade and use goat cheese, for example!. Have fun and use anything you can think of!. Then cut each into quarters and shingle on a platter!.
Another good idea is to try chicken satay!. You can find easy recipes for this doing a web search or on foodnetwork!.com, but it's basically chicken on a skewer!. It's usually served with a thai style sauce, but you could do several sauces to accommodate several different tastes, and you can buy the sauces, so it's easy (maybe honey mustard for the kids and a spicy thai peanut sauce for the grown ups)!. Sophisticated enough for adults and kids will eat anything off a stick (how else do you explain corndogs!?)Www@FoodAQ@Com

TORTILLA ROLL-UPS: get the largest flour tortillas you can find, and put a thin layer of cream cheese on them!. Put a thin slice of ham and cheese on each and roll each one up tightly!. Wrap in foil or saran and chill until almost ready to serve!. Cut them into 1" pieces and stand on a platter!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
