ok wel i live in the country so there is nothin to do plus my dad hates spending money on decorations, which suks so i have to pay for it and i dont have a job!. ive only bothered to have one birthday party and wat do u knw it was my 15th so i hav no experence with partys so if its cheap, fun and kol just throw it at meh cuz all i knw is its going to be a sleepover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If there is a lake or pond near you, you could go ice skating with friends make some hot chocolate afterword's and watch movies!.
You could have snowman building contest (sounds childish) but get creative with it!. Have a theme or style!. Then laugh at the ridiculous thing your friends think of!.
You could go sledding!.!.!.again let your inner child OUT and have some FUN!! Build big jump and see how daring you and your friends are!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

have each friend bring the ingredients for one type of cookie!. You provide the oven and the Hot chocolate, i am attaching a great hot coco recipe as well as a link to cookie recipes!. You can provide each friend a recipe in the invitation or let them pick their own!. Then you can have a cookie feast instead of a cake or a cake too! Since it is a sleepover, you will have a lot of time for baking, plus it will make the house smell amazing!. As a goody bag you can pack some of each cookie into a gift bag for each friend to take home!. Happy 16th birthday!!

1 cup confectioners' sugar
11 ounces powdered coffee creamer
2 lbs nestle' nesquick powdered chocolate milk mix
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container!.

Decorate the trees with white Christmas lights!. If its a sleepover you really don't need to decorate much!. It gives such a pretty effect!. Since it will be cold you guys can bake cookies and make hot chocolate!. Watch a bunch of movies and eat your cookies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
