Ring toss, fill some 2 liter soda bottles with water or sand, or just use them as is, and line them up in rows and toss the rings around them!. Whoever gets 2 out of 3 wins!
Pie eating contest, but instead of pie, fill the tins with whipped cream! Whoever finishes first wins! You can even do this with big slices of watermelon!.
Relay races! Potato sack races, three legged races etc!.
Get a piece of plywood or cardboard and cut out a big hole, then get some bean bags and throw them through the hole!. Whoever gets 3 in wins!
Knock down the pins! Set up some milk bottles, the gallon or half gallon ones, so you can make stack them up, and fill them with water or sand!. Give the players a baseball or softball and whoever can knock down all the bottles wins! You can stack up 3-5 bottles!.
You can also do popcorn stands, cotton candy and have an ice cream bar with some flavors and toppings and have everyone make their own sundaes!.
If anyone's good with cutting holes in plywood, get 2 tall and wide pieces of plywood!. Tall enough that they're as tall as you are!. Then make one or two big holes in them so that you can put your faces in there, so people can pose in them and take pictures!. Have some of the employees volunteer to paint them so that they're silly so that when people put their faces in them to take pictures, it's a fun and silly picture, but not embarrassing!. You know the ones that you put your face in the hole and take a picture!? You can have someone cut the wood to make the holes and add beams to hold it up and then others paint the scenes on the front!. Then have the employees pose in them and get their picture taken in them!
I hope some of these ideas help and that your company has a great picnic!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am really into charity events lately and making the prizes for the event(s)!. When I think fair I think carnival games, blue ribbon pies, quilting bees, etc!. Why not try and get some of your company employees to do that!? For example you could have a pie baking contest!. The person brings two pies, one for judging and one to be donated to a local food pantry!. Another option is for people who sew, quilt, knit, whatever!. Have them make blankets, frame and keep the winning blanket displayed in her office and the rest are donated to Ronald McDonald house!. Have people take pics of his/her pet and each person who would like to vote on the winner pays a nominal fee and the proceeds go to an animal shelter!. For the men same nominal fee for a horseshoe contest!.
I do this for just about any large party I plan!. Even for my daughter's birthday we bought large buckets of legos and tied balloons on them as the centerpieces!. Then we brought them to a children's charity!. My daughter actually felt really proud of herself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
