Why not have guests dress up as Star Wars characters?
Pin the tail on the womprat.
Is there drinking involved? If so, I would make spiked punch and put it in a stormtrooper helmet. Also, find the shortest person you know and dress them as an Ewok.
Pin the Tail on the Bantha? Last seat on the Evacuation Transport (musical chairs)? Star Wars Trivia?
How about Chewey cookies for dessert and make all the ladies wear Leia's little gold number.
Try making haystacks as treats (recipe here: http://www.recipezaar.com/11728... ) and putting little M&M "eyes" on them and calling them Ewok Treats.

Go to the bookstore and check out the STAR WARS COOKBOOK. There's two versions. I bought one for my son and he loves trying the different things in there.

For food make something like lightsaver shaped sugar cookies with red or green icing on it. Or some ideas from here

I don't think they are that amazing ideas though,
1) dress up like your favorite character
2)Decorate the room where the party with glow in the dark stars and put them around with no lights exept glow in the dark ones (optional) put a fog machine in the room and star wars themed music,
3) for food make a star wars cake with pictures of the space ship
4)For more food cookie's with starwars themed characters on them
5)hold a costume contest
6) get pizza, or make green goop for punch ( i don't have a recipe for that!) you have to figure that one out!
