Take a bunch of your friends with you, pack some food and blankets and head to a drive in!. They usually show two or three movies, and admission is fairly cheap!. Make sure to get lots of snacks and soda, and you're set for a fun night!.

Have a backyard or pool party/sleepover!. Invite some people over for some music, snacks, maybe some basketball or soccer or swimming!. The girls can sleep over and you can watch movies!.
For snacks:
Chips and salsa
Pizza pinwheels:
Get one or two tubes of crescent dough from a can (pillsbury)!. Roll it out flat and smooth all of the triangles together!. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce and then sprinkle with cheese and add pepperoni!. Roll it up into a log shape and bake at 375 F!. Make about 8 slices out of one log to get pinwheels!. You can also make this with ham and cheddar or veggies!.
Punch:
Two parts Cranberry Juice
Two parts Orange Juice
One part lemon lime soda
Float some limes on top
also get some M&Ms or your favorite candy and put it out in bowls!.
Get some music together, and make room in your back yard or porch for everyone to come hang out!. No need for deco's just a good simple time!.
Then have the girls stay the night and have a sleep over!. Watch some movies, order some pizzas and do each other's makeup or whatever you feel like doing!.

I'm not a girl, but my best friends, Khrista and Christa had a sweet 16 together!. By the way, their not twins, just best best friends! Well, anyway on their sweet 16, they invited me to the beach with their other best friends!. I felt kind of arkward, because I was the only guy there!. There were 10 girls there!. We all went to the jones beach in long island!. It was fun!. Anyway, we stayed at the beach for 5 hours!. We had a picnic at the beach, starting with, 6 cream cheese bagels, 3 ham and cheese sandwhiches with lettece and tomatoes on top, 4 tuna sandwhiches, 8 water bottles, 5 icetea snapples, 6 peanut butter cookies and 7 chocolate chip cookies!. All of these food ideas were pretty cheap!. After the beach we went back to the girls house, and we played truth or dare, and told embaressing moments!. After awhile, the girls went to a salon and had a new hairstyle,manucure and pedicure(everyone paid for themselfs)!. I, of course wasn't there because I went with Khrista and Christa's dad's to Modells!. After the salon, the girls went shopping at an outlet!. Khrista and Christa's fathers toke a cab home and left two mini vans!. The girls had a lot of fun that day, the best part was when we went to the girls house!. As soon as Khrista and Christa opened the door together, everyone screamed SURPRISE!Www@FoodAQ@Com
