Dessert crepes are easy and can be stacked with his favorite fillings!. Lets say whipped cream and rasberries for the layers and a thin dark chocolate drizzle over the top! Just make them 4-5 inches around and have the whipped topping ready and assemble at the last minute!.!.!.topping the chocolate drizzle with some perfect berries and a sprig of mint!. AND of course a candle or sparkler!.

Any fresh and beautiful fruit will do of course!.!.!.I have made this with strawberries the most often!. You can also make large ones and do a roll-up which is easier but is not so cake-like!.

Trifles made with the whipped cream and store bought pound cake and fruit can use the same ingredients and you can drizzle over a sauce made with BOOZE !!! Serve in your red wine glasses or if you have a stemmed serving bowl make one and share !!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

For one of my husband's birthdays, I made a bunch of little cream puffs (filled with chocolate pudding) and piled them up into a pyramid!. I drizzled chocolate syrup over it all and put dollops of whipped cream on!.!.!.!.!.!.then stuck very thin candles all around it and lit them! !.!.!.!. With the 4th of July coming, you could even stick sparklers into it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
