Check out Mansion, Prive, and Prana all on south beach. Just go to ocean drive you'll find something you like.
Lincoln Rd. Mall is nice during the day and some of the bars there have a happy hour there from 4-7 am.
But yea South Beach is most definitely where the parties at.
