Perfect sweet 16 party, ideas?!
i know ive asked this before, so have many many others!. but im sick of the same answers!. casino, hawaiian, beach theme, decade theme!.!. etc ITS BEEN DONE!.
I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS ONE my sweet 16 is in 2 months NOT EVEN!.

im not an abercrombie type of girl!.
i dont want a party the same as everyone else
its going to be in a hall
august 6th so summer
i am NOT going to be wearing a ball gown
im not into girly things like flowers and butterflies
though i like roses
i dont want a plane party theme
i want everything to match
i dont want a party with red yellow and blue balloons!. like a clown party
think outside the box
think unique
think different, weird funky
maybe even babyish!!

If you like Day of the Dead skulls and red roses do that! This is YOUR day and YOUR Birthday, it's about YOU and what YOU want, go for it! You can also go online and buy lots of Day of the Dead decorations and things to do for a party, there is SO much out there and even though it's not that time of year, you can still get things for the party and still get figurines and decorations and things!. Just type in Day of the Dead skulls or decorations in any search engine and you'll get tons of places to look for things!.
This is what you can and it will look great!
Do the tables in black tablecloths, then for centerpieces, have vases filled with red roses!. You can do the napkins in red to match with the roses!.
You can then have the skulls decorating the walls of the room!. Have the roses on the tables, the guests tables, as centerpieces and if you want, also the food tables, but for the food table I would do the skulls with the roses!.
I would do the black tablecloths, red napkins, and then have the red roses as the centerpieces!.
Then on the walls you can hang some pictures of the skulls, pick some favorites and hang them around the party area on the walls!. Don't worry what anyone says this day is about YOU and what YOU like!
Then, at the food table, if you can find a 3-D skull a sculpted one or a figurine have that there and then surround it in a ring of red roses!. You can make that the big centerpiece or even do that at YOUR table which is the main table of your party!.
IF you decide you want to do balloons, do black and red, red to match the roses and then black to match the tablecloths!.
You can have everyone dress the way they want and make it casual!.

All About Me- The party would be all about you and your favorite things, red roses, the skulls, your favorite music, dress, foods, etc
The Year you were born - This would revolve around what was popular the year you were born!.
Monochromatic - Pick a color and decorate in tone of that color!. So if you pick red, you would go in tones of light to dark red and everything in between!.
Astrological sign - Whatever your sign is, which for you is Leo, you would do your party around Leo the Lion and all the colors and things associated with Leo the lion!. (my mom is the 5th and is a Leo too!)
Hobby or sport, make the party about whatever you're into!. You can even do it about tattoo and tattoo art!. Hang pictures of your artwork around the party!. You can make that a theme!

Neon theme/glow in the dark, black light!. Bright colors, neon lights and glow in the dark items!. They sell lights that go in balloons and all kinds of neon and glow in the dark items at windy city novelitis, oriental trading and U!.S!. Toy Company!. Shop!.glogames!.com!. If you want two different kinds of centerpieces to mix things up and make it cheaper get little round, clear vases filled with water dyed red with food coloring and place a lit tea light inside so that when the lights are off it looks like there are a bunch of floating lights!. Tie a black ribbon around the top of the vase!. Instead of confetti on the tables scatter rose petals!. Red and black streamers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
