Well, the obvious answer is don't drink too much!. But when all else fails and I know that's not going to happen I make sure to eat a hearty meal before I go out, have something substantial to snack on when I get home!. Finish my night with 2 tylenol and a big glass of water!. If all else fails keep a nipper at home and have a drink when you wake up the the morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is tricky!. I've tried this with limited success!. Basically what you need to shoot for is, drinking a glass of water between each drink you have Friday night (I know it's hard) and making sure you eat plenty Friday night as well!. If you smoke when you drink, curb your Friday cigs as much as you can!.

Then, take two tylenol pm's before you go to bed Friday night!. Sleep in Saturday and wake up feeling fresh!. Too often I can't sleep well after a night of drinking and then the second night is ruined!.

EDIT: Some other tips are, drink gatorade before you go to bed Friday night!. it will help replenish your body better than water!. And make sure you follow the guidelines about which order to drink your drinks in if you're drinking more than one thing!. Wine before beer, liquour before wine, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Before going out, eat a small tin of canned pilchards!.
The fish contains a lot of natural fats that line the tummy and colon walls so that not much alcohol is absorbed!.
Drink lots of water also at the party!.
That will help the kidneys to deal with the onslaught of poison you are going to pump in to your body by drinking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't mix up different alcohol when drinking!. If you start with beer end it up with beer!. enjoy a glass of cold tomato juice in the morning with a shot of Vodka if you got a slight hang-over!. Always wash down your system with coffee liquer like kahlua, or irish cream like bailey's before concluding your night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pace yourself and enjoy what you are drinking!.!.!.!.don't just drink to drink!. Make sure to have something to eat prior to going out, but nothing too heavy!. Alcohol dehydrates your body, so water is a key to not getting a hangover!. Be sure to drink water, take two aspirins, relax and sleep!. When you get up, drink some more water!. Hi the best thing to do is not drink any alcohol if you want to wake up without a hang over and it will be better for you as well!. lol

But just dont drink to much that the reason you will get a hangover in the first place so if you go out only have soft drinks or space your drinks out, its common sense really lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

Food and water are key! Eat a meal before you start drinking, and end the night on a smaller meal!. Drink as much as you want, but try to drink as much water as you do alcohol!. What about avoiding a hangover on Sunday!? Simple do not drink to much, pace your drinks and drink water or soft drink instead of alcohol, and do not stay out to late!. When you go to bed on Friday have some water and a couple of anti-histamines!. You should feel okay the next day!. I am not sure why this works, but it does!. You can only use it every now and again though!. If you do it all the time is stops working!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sure you have a good dinner!. Something like pasta to line your stomach!. Try to pace your drinks out throughout the evening and not mix them!. Drink lots of water before you go to bed!. Or to hell with all that and just get wrecked! lol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
