The party is to introduce my party planning company.

Answers:
Hopefully you have some flyers already printed up. You'll need to make some cold calls to local vendors, such as bakers, alcoholic beverage distributers, etc. You need to sell them about your business and what you can do for them. A colllaborative so to speak. You will also need to let them know that your business is solvent enough for them to sponsor and this will mean a face-to - face meeting with hard facts about your funding and how you will keep the business afloat. They are making an investment in you, so YOU have to sell YOURSELF. Will they be getting a finanacial return? Make sure you've researched your facts about the industry and know what you can and can't offer them. Free advertising is always welcomed, but not always needed, so you have to sell them on the idea of why they need your business enough to sponsor you. Good luck!

Offer the local area vendors free advertising. Put up fliers around the party as well as printing the sponsors names on the back of the invites. Many people have started doing this to help with wedding costs. You could also ask a local printing shop to sponsor the printing costs. They will get listed on your sponsor posters.

You should have no problem getting sponsored by the companies that you plan to incorporate into your company.Set the date call and ask what they would like to donate to the introduction party.Free PR for them and as soon as your company gets going they will benefit also.Say that in a very nice way, and the sky is the limit.Have FUN and good luck with the company....
