How about a fruit dip? Take one large container of cool whip, and blend it with 1 cup of strawberry yogurt. If you like, you may also add fresh strawberries cut up, as well. Serve with lots of different cut up fruits. I usually use cut up peaches, apples, bananas, and grapes but you can use any fruits really.

Hawaiian Fruit Dip
Recipe #27202 ratings
This is really flavorful; I have served with pineapple chunks, sliced apples & grapes. I make this with skim milk & low-fat sour cream. I added the food coloring in response to a previous reviewer saying it looked like just vanilla pudding. This is a RecipeZaar account adoptee, from Feb. 2005.
