Answers:
do a sea theme!. send out invites with little crabs on them or a picture of the blue sea!.!.!.!.check out the party stores, they should have tons of nautical type decorations- or go to a boating supply store to pick up some inexpensive items!.!.!.get some tall hurricane candle holders and put sand and seashells inside with a big white candle!.!.!.they have strings of seashells you can hang as garland or a cool door curtain!.!.!.get a fishing net and hang it from the ceiling and put a bunch of fake fish, crabs, shells and star fish inside it!.!.!.find some type of small boat or something to use as a drink cooler- fill it with ice and put all your drinks inside!.!.!.hang life preservers on the walls!. see if you can find some type of ocean sounds CD to play for a bit during the party to make you all feel as though you're really on the ocean!
I would suggest to have some other foods available also in case of food allergies or if people don't like seafood!.

Trying hanging some nets across the ceilings and walls!. You an get starfish, etc from your local party store and attach them to the nets!. As favors, buy some beta fish in bowls (less than $5 a pop and easy to maintain) and give them to guests!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What about a luau!? That can be tied in with a seafood menu!. You can find plenty of stuff at Party City any party supply store!.
