Is this a good birthday party idea?!
its for my 13th and i didnt have a birthday party last year so i want this to be really big!.
so i would invite all of 8th grade and some of 9th grade (i go to a small school so that would only be like 70 people)!. anyway, i would rent out a place like glen eagle's (country club) or somewhere with a big dance floor!. girls would come in a dress (not fancy dresses, but it should be a little bit formal) and guys come in casual suits!. we would hire a DJ :)) it would start at night and we would basically dance all night (or till midnight lol)!. we would play games and stuff and there would be lots of food!.!.!. and after the party, a few girls would come over and spend the night!.
does this sound like a good idea!? also, PLEASE give me some ideas and stuff to make this party better!.

i think it sounds like a great idea!. i don't know if you should make them all wear dresses though, it's only your 13th birthday party!. I can see maybe for like 16th birthday party, having them dress up!. but, it's your party so what you say goes!. I think you should do it at a place with like a hot tub, or a pool or something!. Like one of the country clubs around where i live has all that, but it also depends on your budget for the party!. I agree with a lot of the answerers before me about the theme, i think that would also be a good idea!. Like if you're still really into the whole dress a suit idea, you can have like a Hollywood theme or something!.
And, for the people who don't like dancing, make sure you have lots of games and other things to do too!.

it sounds like an awesome party!. they do this often for bahmitzvah and quinces receptions!. your parents have to be cool with it though, because chocolate fountains and DJs get expensive!. you guys can play dancing games, like everyone can simoutaneously try to do the bootie call(its real funny looking, especially when the grandparents join in the fun)

sounds like a good idea to me!. Some djs actually provide games for you, such as musical chairs and will actually provide prizes!. For my sweet 16 the winner got 20 bucks!. Otherwise this idea sounds good!. You can put cute decorations in the middle of the table and play a hot potato kinda thing and the winner gets to take home the center piece!. also, party favors! make them cute!Www@FoodAQ@Com

ok, so first! you should have a theme!. since we're in summer and everybody loves summer, you should make it like a "beach-y" theme!. like ppl would come in dressed in casual or semi formal white outfits!.!.!. have food, you could have like karaoke or stuff like that!.!.!.!. dance all night :P
