Answers:
first you can make a pica-pica such as biscuits, sliced cheese, sliced pepperoni, sliced hams (any hams will do) arrange it in a special plate!.

for the main course you can make 5 kilos pasta and 10 kilos chicken or ribs
for the pasta:
cook pasta by its intructions
for the sauce simply buy a 10 packs mccormick pasta pesto mix you can find it in the seasoning area of supermarket, 3 kilos ground beef and 20 packs of all purpose cream
simply saute the ground beef in the pan, let it cook by its own oil after that stir in the pesto mix and the all purpose cream then let it simmer for 10 mins!.

for the chicken or ribs
simply marinate 15 packs of mccormick's rosemary marinate mix in chicken or ribs then add yogurt to make it tender!.!.mix it with your clean hands then ready to deep fry it in 30 mins!. or 1 hour!.

for the drinks:
banana nut shake
cut banana in small pices put in a blender put peanut butter, skim milk ice water and sugar!. then mix it in the blender!.

for desserts
a 1 scoop of ice cream will do just top it with cherriesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Our church has different people cater meals for our Wednesday Night services for about the same number of people!. When I am short on cash, I do several pots of different kinds of homemade soup (type depends on what is on sale and/or in season)!. I also provide several types of bread and/or rolls - again, whatever is on sale!. Brownies and cookies are a good choice for dessert since portions are easy to control and they need very little clean up and can be ready a day ahead of time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sloppy joes are easy but not a great afternoon meal!. You could always cook turkeys in advance and slice them!. The meat could be in a large electric roasting pan and then just heated the day of!. I would buy fresh dinner rolls and then you could have the option of a sandwich or turkey dinner!. also you could make large pans of lasagna with garlic bread!. For dessert i would order a large sheet cake and make sure to have coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

pasta is easy and cheap!. so are hot dogs and burgers!. maybe you could have it be like a potluck, and have each family bring a dish!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

sandwiches with chips and pasta salad!. I'd also make cake for dessert!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
