Im having a sweet sixteen in January and my theme is going to be a night in Paris. I need some good ideas?!

Invitations: Send each guest "French visas"-- a name tag to hang around their necks
Decorations: Set up a little welcome desk in the hall right outside party room to stamp Eiffel Tower and travel images on their name tags
Decorate the hall with miniature art museum with small printouts of several famous works of arts, such as "Musee de Paris", "Mona Lisa", and "Monet Picasso Renoir Kandinsky"
By the welcome desk place French flags held with hot glue!.
To create more appealing atmosphere with 3 foot high 3-D Eiffel Tower and place little Paris figurines blue-white-red streamers and the Arc de Triomphe
In the dinning area place white cloths and votive on around tables for a upscale "cafe" feel and arrange the table under a camping gazebo strung with Christmas lights!. To add a special touch giving each table Eiffel Tower napkins
Make little temples out of contact paper and use glass etching cream on etch Eiffel Towers on wine glass
Print a menus in French for each table

invitations are like the easiest part!. if budget is not a huge deal have your invitations made for you!. you can get something with the eiffel tower on it and something glittery!. very chic i think with a paris themed party you should go simple and elegant and very very clean!. do rich colors like chocolate brown and baby pink!. for decorations do twinkle lights all around if youre doing center pieces!.!.!.do a vase with one of those fighting fish in each on top of a small square mirror!. and big pieces of tool or satiny fabric across the back of the chairs and tie it in a bow!. as favors!.!.!.you can hand out a single truffle from see's candies!. if none of these ideas help you can go to some bridal magazine websitesand look and see what they have such as modernbride!.com and theknot!.com good luck and happy birthday!Www@FoodAQ@Com
