There are a few things you could do, depending on your personal taste!.
These look great arranged in glasses or silver julep cups and make for dainty, no-mess finger-foods:
- cheese straws
- long, thin bread sticks
- "Pirouette" cookies (available at most grocery stores)
- Pocky, link below (long, thin cookie sticks dipped in chocolate; different flavors available!.!.!.might I suggest strawberry!?!)
You could also do "fruit kabobs" in a vase!. Just get long bamboo skewers and alternate strawberries, pineapple, grapes and melon wedges on them!. The vase makes it more of a display!. If you do this, make sure you weigh down the vase with glass stones or sand, and leave enough room on the skewer for folks to grab without touching all the other kabobs!. (Your caterer can probably do this for you, if you have one!. Otherwise, these keep well in the fridge!)
Congratulations, and good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My cousins wedding had a candy table!. An entire table with tons of different candies, penny candies and chocolates!. Try researching some recipes for canapes!. They are pretty much toasted breads, crackers, vegetable or fruit bases with a sort of like cream cheese (or cheese) mixture on it and a little bit of meant, nuts, vegetables, herbs, chunks of cheese!.
You can have many different varieties and flavorings (meat, fruit, veggie, sweet, salty!.!.!.etc!.) that will please just about everyone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
