Question: Why are the following bars called so!?

I mean I know that discotheques are called so because of the dancing option available and the bar for alcohol of course!.This was an example but please tell me why are following called so!?
1!.Resto-bar
2!.Lounge-bar
3!.Discotheque/Nightclub
4!.Bar+Dancing

Resto refers to a restaurant
Lounge is to denote a casual atmosphere
