Ok so im haveing a big party i need some ideas on how and what to do?
its ether gonna be at a hotel or at my house i have a big house but if its at my house my mom is kinda strict and she wont let me decorate and i wanna kinda have some danceing but she doesnt like the music i lison to and at a hotel they wont let me play it loud enough i need themes cheap decorating ideas and ect. plzzzzzzzzzzzz

If you are rich enough to throw a party at a Big Hotel or at your Big house then you should not be looking for Free Tips. Either you invite me to your Party or go to a Professional for help.
decoration depends on are you having a theme, and is there a chance tha they are going to be destroyed. if you are having it elsewhere, they should decorate! do finger foods to serve...chicken fingers, wrapped sandwich slices, fruit kabobs would be good, brownies and cookies, or small tarts, chocolate or strawberry for dessert. salads maybe, like potato and macaroni are cheap, easy and filling. good luck to you...oh, and make it 3 pieces of each per person, just to be sure you have enough!
instead of a hotel why don't you rent a hall or something then you can play the music as loud as you like
rent a band or DJ
order pizzas
lots of chips and pop
no cares about the decorations if the music is good
Well if you have a big house then is simple. Just rent a nice big tent with doors(windows) white is a very elegant color, you can rent them with lights too. Plus you can decorate as you please. Ask the rental company to set it far (out side) from your mom t.v room or bedroom. Your mom won't be able to hear the music or if she does, it won't be as loud. You don't have to decorate your house if you get the tent. They can set up the dance floor too, decoration? just lots of colorful balloons, paper plates, you can dress the chairs with old t- shirts, great music and have fun. oh don't forget the "portal Potty".
Usually the Ramada Inns or Holiday Inns have banquet rooms available to rent for seminars, parties, reunions... they are usually reasonalbe enough too. Explain to the one who is taking your reservation what you are wanting to do.. The rooms are usually made sound proof so you may have to have someone watching the door...
