when planning a party you should consider and know whats the budget you want to spend for your party!.!. and know the costs of the place you are having it at(if you are renting a place!.) figure out the age group of people attending the party so you will know what kind of beverages to serve!.!.especially if you are serving alcohol(martinis,etc) figure out the theme for the party!.!. dress attire, and the people you are inviting, and especially the FOOD which is the most important!. You want to make sure that you do not run out!!! having activities planned!.!.!.something fun and cool!.!. and have a dj!.!.or just play your stereo system!.which is a great way to have the music you want and which is free!!! And another thing is to make sure that you give out all invitations with all the information given!.!.!. at least 3 weeks prior to the party so people can rsvp!.!.!. and make sure that you have plenty of decorations!.!.!.!. in other words!.!.!.!.!. split your budget into three ways!.!.!.!. decorations, food, and rental fees(if needed)!. as for decorations you can go to a local dollar store and find streamers, balloons, plates, napkins, eating ware, etc!.!.!. or you can go to cheap websites online and fine them dirt cheap also!.!.!.!.!. make sure that you have your guest list planned, send invitations, have a budget, a place to have the party, enough time to do everything, get food and decorations, and have the music and games!! hopefully I helped you and your party planning will go well!.!.!.lol!.!. i know all about party planning because i am having my sweet sixteen party in august which i have been planning for 2 months now!.!.lol!.!. from one party planner to another!.!.!. hope your party turns out great!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
