Make the Popsicle, dip in melted chocolate, sprinkled, zoomed on conveyor belt to a freezer at extremely low temp!.Like -300 (It pretty much freezes the chocolate immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They have the icecream chocolate topping that hardens on contact!. It makes a shell!. Maybe that's what they use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
