You can mix flavors together to create a blended flavor.
From what I understand though the actual process of creating your own would involve curing tobacco leaves and really intense stuff like that.
I can't believe I am suggesting this but you could always blend some stuff flavors together, put it in a different bag, & name it something spooky. Say you got it from a friend who just got back from vacation.
Not sure if you've ever tried it before but in my experience this stuff called marijuana is a pretty big hit at parties.
