Dixie has these kiddie plates that have different animal faces on them (frog, cow, cat, etc). I don't know if they have pig faces, but it would be worth a look-see. Otherwise, I honestly don't know. Maybe go to Party City or something like that? They might have something. Or check online.

Walmart has kids plates with animals on them
ZOOPALS! lol. Dixie has or 342 designs...try them , lol.
Google razorback plates
ZOO PALS! They have a mixture of animals and one of them is a PIG! You can try your local grocery store for them or Walmart carries them.
zoo pals are great, you can also get matching cups.
