Congrats on your move to 7th grade!!! And an end of the school year bash sounds terrific. How many of your friends will be attending? Here are some ideas:
1. Ask a friend to be in charge of the music during the event
Create a list of songs you want played and let them play
DJ for the evening.
2. See if you can rent a light machine for the evening to go
with the music
3. Plan a "time capsule" game, where in everyone writes
down something they want to be remembered for and puts
it in a metal box. Lock the box and bury it (or put it some
where safe) to be opened when you all graduate from high
school.
4. Pizza is a great party food! Use it as a main dish and
have some fresh veges and ranch dressing and chicken
wings to go along with it.
5. Brownies and cupcakes for dessert
6. Get sodas on sale at Costco or Sam's and don't forget the
bottled water.
7. Tables can be spruced up with storebought confetti and glitter. Paper Plates and napkins can be spruced up by tying plastic silverware in napkins with yarn or ribbon.
8. Have everyone come as their favorite, or least favorite, teacher.
Most of all, have fun!
soda pop and ice cream
chips, pretzels, pop, cookies, and ice cream
depends what you guys are into.
school's out party?
If you have access to a pool, it should be a pizza party with debbie snacks and soda.
it worked for me! Kids that age love pizza.
and you can play water volleyball.
