The best sweet wind to start with is a Beringer Zinfindel!. My personal favorite is a Gwertzraminer from either Alsace, France or the Yakima Valley in Washington state!. Third on the list and great for a hot summer day is Japanese Plum Wine (ask the guy in the wine store) look for the bottle (It cylindricaand green) with the green plums in it!.
