Lingerie Shower/Bachelorette Party Ideas?!
I'm having a lingerie shower instead of a bridal shower!. There will be a Pure Romance consultant there too, but I still feel like I need more ideas! Can anybody help!? I have male body part shaped confetti and I'm making male part brownies!. What else can I do for food and decorations for cheap!? I only have a week left!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheap doesn't necessarily have to translate as "cheap"!. Let your lingerie shower be a little classy, especially since you're having younger girls there as well!. Why limit yourself to "male part" goodies!? In fact, how about enhancing the sensual as opposed to the blatantly sexual!? Those items might be embarrassing to some of your guests! Ok, so enough said (and yes, I figure the Best Answer category is out of the question at this point!)!. Here are some ideas:
1!. Lots of fresh flowers, candles, aromatherapy
2!. Keep your buffet simple, but elegant and tasteful
3!. Pick colors that you enjoy, that bring out your sensual qualities, and utilize them in a variety of ways, balloons, table linens, plates, cups, candles etc!.
4!. Have a signature punch with a pretty ice ring!. Suggestions: 1 can pink lemonade concentrate, 1 can fruit punch concentrate, 1 can margarita mix concentrate, 1 litre gingerale and 4 bottles flavored sparkling water!. For an ice ring, use lemon slices, cherries, and lemon leaves!. Freeze in flavored sparkling water so that as it melts, the flavor won't be diluted!.
5!. Food: Cheese platter with crisp grapes and artisan crackers; gourmet olives; sliced cold cuts such as smoked ham, turkey, salami; pickles and cornichons; fresh fruit kabobs with a nutella dipping sauce; chocolate dipped strawberries; vegetable platter with ranch dressing; roasted nuts!.
6!. Mood music: since the theme is romance, find some tunes that help convey that!.

Do you have a store near you that carries romantic and lustful items!? If so, look to see if they have bachelorette party items!. I was just at one such a store and stumbled onto such items [even though I wasn't looking for such a thing :-)]!. also, I saw candy that was shaped like a certain male body part :-) Hope this helps some!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would have everyone bring their favorite crazy makeup, pajamas, and talk about boys all night!!! Even though I am 30 now I did that with my girlfriends a couple of years ago for someone Bachelorette Party and it was fun and later we went out to the club with crazy party makeup on!.
