Any ideas for a low budget sweet 16 party?!
me and my twin sister want to have like a small party for our 16th birthday, but we need help!! we want to have like a kind of wild Mardi Gras inside a hotel room party!.!.we want it to be crazy fun and entertaining!.!.!.something that everyone enjoys but we're gonna have like an extremely low budget say about maybe $400-$600!.!.!.we need help with colors!.!.party ideas!.!.where to have the party at,,etc!.!.!.we live around the Houston, Texas area!.!.please helpWww@FoodAQ@Com

Mardi Gras colors are green, purple, and gold!. Have masks!. You could get some plain ones, get some feathers, sequins, and glitter, and let people decorate their own masks!. Get lots of beads!. Use them for decorations and party favors!.
