Sweet 16 Nightclub Decorations?!
My party is nightclubbed themed and I need some ideas for what to put up!.
The colors are Black + Light Pink/Lilac/Light Blue/SilverWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can get balloons in your colors and cluster them in the corners of the party area!. I know it's a club theme, BUT when nightclubs do special promotions and parties, they DO have balloons!
Then, you can do streamers in those colors, have them go from the center of the ceiling to the corners of the room!. Then you can get the round paper lanterns, the ones with NO lights in them and hang them from the ceiling in different heights and lengths!. They will add a cool effect!.
Then you can get either some stringed clear Christmas lights and hang them around the party area which will look awesome, OR get the ones that blink to give it the club feel!. Clubs usually have lights that flash and blink, you can do that by going to a store like Spencers and seeing what they have in Disco balls and flashing lights and getting Christmas lights that blink and flash, or you can just get regular stringed Christmas lights and hang them around the party area!. If you do get the flashing lights, I would also get some that don't, and just some of the regular lights, so this way if you get tired of the flashing lights (they tend to give you a headache after a while) you can still keep the effect of the lights by having the clear, stringed Christmas lights on and you won't have to result in overhead lighing, you can just go to the regular string lighting and not the flashing ones!. This way you have options and you won't lose the effect of the lights if you decide to turn off the flashing ones you still have the option of having the string lights, but without the flashing!.
For the tablecloths, you can do black tablecloths and then accent it with napkins in your accent colors!. You can get napkins in those colors at any party store!. You can have one table have light pink napkins, the next have lilac, the next have light blue, and the next have silver, and so on!. Then you can have piles of these napkins where the food table is so there is always a supply somewhere if someone needs it!.
You can also go to orientaltrading!.com and get the glow necklaces and bracelets, etc and the neon sticks, etc!. Their prices are BETTER than a dollar store and you get SO much more for your money and they are VERY reliable to deal with! Go and check them out, you will LOVE what you can find there and LOVE what you can find for your theme!. They sell things in more of a bulk and their prices are awesome! You can't go wrong with them!
