Depends on what your using it for. For a sandwich, I only like mayonaise. I like salad creme on my salad or as a base for making tuna or chicken salad.

Salad cream is foreign to us in the states. I've seen it in the British food section of grocery stores and it looks scary : (

Mayonaise is nicer in taste I think without the after taste that some salad creams have.
It has to be salad cream for me. It has a tang to it that I love. Sorry to say that I find mayo very bland.
