Does your mate/partner/spouse go out on weekly dinners w/their friends more than w/you??!

Question: Does your mate/partner/spouse go out on weekly dinners w/their friends more than w/you!?!?
Is it common for couples after several yrs!. of being together for one partner to go out and socialize w/friends 2-3 times per week!? and have dinner at restaurants w/his friends like twice per week!?
He says it's because "I'm always working weekends"/but I remember when I didn't work weekends and we didn't go out to eat that much together, only for the 1st few yrs!. together!.
When he's home, usually I make dinner for him, and we watch a movie!.
But he is always on a weekly basis eating at a restaurant and fastfood place twice a week w/that guy[s]
I guess I married a 'mans man' :--(Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know the feeling!. My husband works alot and rarely finds time to go out!. But when he does, he'd rather hang out with friends, watch movies with them, head out to clubs!.!.!.!.
He said it was because I was working alot as well!. Now that I'm staying at home, he is hanging out after work drinking until the wee hours of the morning!. I cook all the time, but I might as well be cooking for myself!. I believe my cooking is great, but he doesn't eat it!.
Let him know that this bothers you!. You are supposed to be a couple!. He should have you around when he goes out as well because you are his companion!. Maybe not all the male gatherings are an invite, but once in awhile he should be adorning you with dinners and a romantic night out!.
Failure to do so may result in a bad relationship!. I talked to mine about it many times and since it's not working, I would say our relationship sucks!. I'm still hanging in there, which is what I'm sure you are doing!. But it's getting pretty hard to keep that flame burning !.!.!.!.!.
Married life!.!.!.!. wish I was single sometimes!.
Good luck with it!. If it doesn't change after the talk, you should take the liberty of doing so yourself just to have some fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you are working at meal time - do you expect him to sit at home and eat a baloney sandwich alone!? Of course not!. You may want to talk to your boss or do whatever it takes to change your hours to match with his a little better so you two have more time together!.

Instead of dinner at home and a movie, plan a regular "date night out" with him at least once a week!. Even if it's when you can get away at noon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, my husband of ten years would rather spend time with me than anyone on the planet!. We hate being apart, even for a short time!. I feel the same way he does!. When my life is over, the one thing I'll regret is not having been able to have spent more time with him!. Now that's love!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thats not really fair on you, you should talk to him about it!. He should invite you to come more often or take you out more often!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
