Answers:
i would rather eat food that has hair in it!. flies have no shame about the way the eat, they prefer liquid diets so if the food isn't that way they moisten it!.!.!.i'm sure you can figure out how!.
it would be best to throw it away and start from scratch!. read more about your unexpected guest!.!.!.the fly of course!.

Hmmm!. It does have a high grody factor doesn't it!. So the question is, did the fly hatch from larvae (ew) or did it just fly into the dish and you didn't notice in which case it may have laid eggs all over your food!?

I guess it doesn't matter because at this point you're going to have to throw the food out!.!.!. because you can't really be sure can you!? and really, who wants to eat food that the fly may have been walking over with feces covered feet (they land on feces all the time! gross!)

Take your guests out for pizza or Chinese dude, or offer to order it in with them!. If you're rich, then treat them to a special restaurant in your area, preferably a fast one! They're unexpected guests, so they aren't expecting you to have a meal prepared!. Spend your time with your guests, not cooking for them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quietly remove it, when no one is watching!. Preferably unveil the casserole in the kitchen so you can make sure it is ok before you serve it!. By the way, only flies in third world countries and diease outbreak areas carry diseases!.

Well bc they are unexpected u should quietly!. Remove it bc to be honest u didn't know they were comeing they shouldn't get anything they should apreciate the left over ur even giving them

But if its people u r inviting or expecting you should spend the time n nake a new dish bc you knew they were comeing and to be honest during the summer flys lay eggs all over meet n foodWww@FoodAQ@Com

Hide it quickly (to throw away later)!.
Give them some suggestions they might like for you to make!.
They are bound to offer to help!.
And as you said they are unexpected!.

(if they don't offer to help, pull out the leftovers lol)Www@FoodAQ@Com

well im not completly sure but cooking food removes dirt and bad things (i!.e!. cooking with alcohal) so just take the fly out and recook it or something!. i would just find a quick recipie on the internet and go with thatWww@FoodAQ@Com
