Sweet 16 party ideas?
my friends sweet 16 is commin up and she really wants it to be special. its going to be a big thing and shes holding it in a hotel. she is deciding on two themes. one is a vegas theme and the other is an india theme. shes leaning more towards the second one cuz its more original but the i deas are whats goin to help her decide. so we were jus wonderin if any of u have any ideas as to decorations/ invites/ and how to keep the party going pertaining to the theme. witchever theme gets more ideas she will pick. thanx in advance and plz answer only if u can help cuz shes serious.

you could also have a poker instructor teaching how to play
try going to that MTV website about their sweet 16 show. Some of those girls had good ideas.

vegas would be fun. you could have several games like texas holdem and more casino games. make copies of monoply money and when the guest arrive give them a certian amount. if they win the game they can win back the money. and with the money they can buy prizes.

You could desgin something on the computer with a photo of her on it. Get some coloured envolopes and sprinkle glitter in them b4 you seal it.
Buy some invites from the shop.
the indian theme can be a bit tricky to pull off...but i've heard of moroccan themed parties (usually involving belly dancers). it all depends on the budget. if she doesn't have a big budget, then vegas would be easier to pull off.
