Question: Pot Luck side dishes to go with Chili!?
I'm having a pot luck dinner!.!.!.!.sort of a bring a side dish to share sort of thing!. I'll be fixing a few different types of chili as the main dish!.

I need to tell the 20-30 or so different people what to bring!. I plan to ask a couple to bring cornbread and a couple to bring a salad!.!.!.!.!.!.someone to bring a veggie try and someone to bring a fruit tray!.

I'll be supplying the cake for dessert,

A big spread of appetizers leading up to the chili feast!

Chili is kind of a one dish meal, so it doesn't need too many sides!. Plus it's difficult to deal with a lot of sides and a bowl of chili at a buffet!.

Appetizers can be Mexican style shrimp cocktail (shrimp, avacados, citrus, tomato), chips and guac, salsa, quesadilla wedges, 7 layer dip, taquitos, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rice goes good with chili!. Why not bring Mexican corn!? It's found near the canned corn at the grocery store!. For an extra nice treat, why not ask someone to bring ice cream!? It's hot enough outside and most people like it:))Www@FoodAQ@Com

a vegetarian dish or vegetarian chili!? how about chili toppings like shredded cheese, diced onion (red or green), sour cream, a variety of hot sauces, some people like saltines, some like chili on top of plain spaghetti!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
