There's LOTS you can do!
Relay races, you can do potato sack races, three legged races, wheel barrel races, etc!.
You can get an inflatable kiddie pool, fill it with water, break into 2 teams, have a tug of war, the losing team ends up in the pool!
Water balloon fights!
Pie eating contest, BUT instead of pie, fill the tins with whipped cream, whoever finishes first wins!
Set up a volleyball net and play volleyball and badmitten!.
Pinata, you can find one you like in the party store and then in the same aisle you can find what's called pinata filler, and it's just that, big bags of candy to fill them with!. They'll still be some room to add some of your own favorites too if you like!. Just make sure if you do this, to write everyone's names on their bag, a ziplock bag and a sharpie maker is all you need, otherwise you can have fights at the end of the party over whose bag is whose and it does happen!
Set up an ice cream bar!. Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and some toppings!. Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and marachino cherries and have everyone make their own sundaes!. You can get the plastic sundae glasses at the dollar store or the waffle cone bowls at the grocery store!.
There's other games, one is where you stand in a circle and everyone throws a ball, it doesn't matter in what order, the object is to keep the ball in the air, whoever drops the ball is out of the game!. You keep tossing the ball around the circle until there's one person left standing and that's the winner!
Another game is pass the orange/ball!. Again, stand in a circle with your hands at your side or behind your backs, but you can NOT use them! Then you use ONLY your chins to pass the ball around the circle, whoever drops the ball is OUT, just like the other game and just like the other game, you keep going until there's one person left, and that person is the winner!

I am also turning 13 some things we are doing at my party are playing twister listening to a lot of music playing truth or dare theres also a game called hula pass where you split you and your friends up in to two groups and each group holds hands with each other to form a circle and someone puts a hula hoop on there neck and they have to pass the hula hoop to each other with out grabbing onto it or letting go of the peoples' hands you are holding i hope this helps!. Write a famous, or not famous, but known to everyone at the party, name on a piece of paper!.
Tape it to a guest's back and have them show everyone!.
The "it" guest gets to ask up to 20 yes or no questions to try to figure out "who" they are!. (am I female!? am I in movies!? do I have blonde hair!?)
As the host, you should make the sheets up before the party and keep them secret!. You keep track of how many questions the person has asked!. The winner (if you are having prizes) figures out their name in the fewest questions!. If you aren't having prizes, it's still a fun game to play and you don't really have to count the number of questions asked!.
For your age group of all girls, a few examples that will be good for lots of laughs:

Hillary Clinton/ Barak Obama
Ryan Seacrest, Paula Abdul, Simon Cowell
Your school principal if everyone goes to the same school
