What utensils should I place on the table setting when serving lobster?!

Question:

What utensils should I place on the table setting when serving lobster?

Answers:
A tiny three-pronged fork, lobster cracker, a bowl for the shells, and a bowl for cleaning hands. I work at a fine dining restaurant and this is what we use.

a hammer, a wrench and a butter knife

You should put down a lobster fork "crackers", and a regular fork

A nutcracker and nut pick will work if you don't have anything else. Not the kind around the Christmas tree, but the plier looking instrument used to crack walnuts, pecans, etc.

Here's a good picture of what I mean:

fish knife and fish fork{the little ones}

I been to one restaurant a few years back and they gave us a pair of pliers to use to crack open the shell.

When I have worked in resturants we would split the tail down the middle underneath before serving to guest which made it much easier for the guest without using a pair of pliers.

Vise grips
16 oz Claw hammer
1 pair Flat head Pliers
1 Hack Saw and a bucket of butter

Simply add a nutcracker and cocktail fork to each setting when dining in a fairly informal setting (such as your home). Super casually, lobster can be call a finger food. Also add a waste bowl for shell pieces near everyone's drinking glass.
