What wine should I pair with shrimp and broccoli stir-fry?!

Question: What wine should I pair with shrimp and broccoli stir-fry!?
Answers:
If the dish is spicy, a sweeter wine would work well, try a Riesling!. If not very spicy a Chardonnay would pair well with the dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with Luv2cook!. One of our favorite Riesling wines is Black Tower - made in Germany!. I've served it with shrimp and other seafood dinners, and we thought it was perfect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could always make home-made egg rolls!. Rachel Ray has a great low fat recipe on her Rachel Ray show website!. If not that then maybe a salad with ginger or some other kind of Asian inspired dressing!. Maybe even throw in some madrian oranges!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're doing a white sauce a Riesling or a chenin blanc would be nice but if you plan on cooking it in a brown sauce I mild red like an arancio or Chianti should be good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

White wine with seafood!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
