Elegant fingerfood?!
I'm planning a party and need menu suggestions!. Its buffet style!.
So far
1 A cheese platter
2!. Pate and water crakers
3!. Mini toasts topped with goat cheese, smoked salmon and caviar!.

Answers:
If you also do raw vegies like carrot, celery, par boil cauliflower and broccoli so they are still crunchy but cooked and put on a platter with lots of dips!. This will cater for those who are vegie, and get gluten free dips for those who are gluten intolerant!.
You can also cook a frittata (easy) during the day and slice and serve cold!. You can do meat and vegie frittata's!.
Some rice paper rolls served with peanut sauce or sweet chilli sauce, this can be served cold!. I am assuming you want cold items, otherwise you can put in oven spring rolls, samosa's curry puffs etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try on a small skewer or long ones nicely broken in half, 3 bite size meat/chicken/vege balls!.
These can be all three the same or mixed them!.
Serve with accompanying dipping sauces!.
