okay!.!.in september me and my twin sister are turning 16 and we want to do something really fun for our birthday so we thought!.!.why not have party!?!?!.!.!.the only problems are!.!.1) low budget 2) can't think of any ideas or themes!.!.!.my parents are basically anything goes besides sex so if there were to be any drinking involved she won't let them drive home!.!.none of my friends drive anyways!.!.!.so we need help!.!.!.we're talking about a $200-$400 budgetWww@FoodAQ@Com

I am doing a candy theme!. My budget is $300 for the whole party!. We are going to do a Candy BAR!.!.!. A chocolate fountain!.!.!. and an ice cream sundae bar!. I burned my own cd's instead of hiring a DJ!. We are going to serve a buffet of snacks like sandwiches and a fruit tray!. I bought my dresses for $20 each on sale!. I suggest not drinking at the party since that is a huge expense plus!.!.!. its illegal!. But thats just my opinion!. My party is August 30 so I am inviting my whole school ( I turned 16 in April, but couldn't get off work for my party, so had to cancel) Hope u find a theme!!! Mine rulez!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well, you need to either do the party at home or rent a cheap hotel room!.
