For decorations you can have:
A long table with a plain white table cloth and mismatched chairs!.
A bottle that has a Drink Me tag!.
Small boxes of cookies that say eat me!.
Black and red streamers!. (the colors of the cards)
Flowers in vases everywhere!.
Different sized white candles on broken pieces of mirrors!.
Pink and purple napkins!.
Assorted tea pots with different teas in it!.
Enough tea cups for you and your friends to try different teas
Little doilies everywhere!.
Scatter playing cards everywhere!.
Buy cheap spoons and forks and bend their handles and use those to eat!.
Give everyone a bottle of bubbles to blow randomly!.

For food you can have:
Tea sandwiches
Scones
Cookies
Shepherds Pie
Cupcakes
Have them spread out really nicely on platters and have little pots of jams for the scones along the table!. also dont forget about sugar bowls for the tea!.

Have a whimsical cake like the madhatter had!. Whimsical means where it looks like the tiers are lopsided!. Have the cake covered in fondant but all different colors!.

For activities:
Watch the movie Alice in Wonderland!.
