Pork chops (baked/stuffed)
Meatloaf
Baked chicken
Fish
Roast beef
Spaghetti or lasagne
Salisbury steak or cubed steak
Italian sausage with peppers and onions
Stuffed peppers
Pork tenderloin
BBQ ribs
Baked ham
Chicken and vegetables

I have PLENTY of things you could feed them for days to come.

*Lasagna w/salad and garlic bread
*Pork chops baked with potato wedges
*Hamburger Helper (LOL)
*chicken stir fry

These are a few things that I'm cooking this week.

You might want to also check in about your grandparents ability to digest some of the exotic dishes you've planned! Here are some alternatives:

1. Spaghetti and meatballs and Italian Sausage
2. Lasagne (great for leftovers)
3. Pork chops grilled with onion and served with Mac and Cheese (your cousin will be thrilled)
4. Cheeseburger meatloaf, mashed potatos and fresh greenbeans
5. Baked fried chicken with mashed potatos and peas
6. Ham steaks with sweet potatoes, fresh green beans and ambrosia salad
7. Turkey cutlets with rice pilaf and sugar snap peas
8. Chicken Tortilla soup with cheese quesadillas and salad
9. Chuck roast with veges (potatoes, carrots, onion), gravey and green salad
10. Cornish game hens stuffed with bread stuffing and served with potatoes and peas

Have fun!

How about left-overs, are you some sort of slave !!!!

Check the link below, most of the recipes are economical, quick, and easy as well as tasty. And they are from all different kinds of countries which I really like.

Last night I made Caldo Gallego (under soups and stews) which was oh soooo easy to make and tasted A-M-AZ-I-N-G!:

saturday chicken tenders with garlic cheddar mashed potatos and cream corn or do mixed veges
sunday Italian do raviolies with tomato sauce and garlic bread with mozzerella
monday do pork chops seasoned and pan fried with spanish rice and corn on cob or dry corn
tuesday Stuffed chicken breast with broccoli and cheese filling side of broccoli au graten rice and peas
wednesday Tacos with lettuce tomatos cheddar beef fish or chicken and olives salsa sour cream
thursday

Something that is nice to do is to make foods that you can use for another meal. One night make a baked chicken then the next night use the chicken to make homemade chicken noodle soup. Easy because you already have the cooked chicken.

Or use the chicken to make my family's fav meal. You take the left over chicken stir fry it with vegetables of your choice add some salsa and sour cream when its all heated add some cheese whiz cheddar cheese and stir serve over rice.

Or you can do a baked turkey and then use the left overs to do turkey sandwhichs. You get the idea. For the first week it's fine to do something new and different. But then it can kinda get a little expensive to keep up with all those meals.

Hope you enjoy the family!!! Its always nice to spend time together!!

Make a lasagna with fresh salad. Use Barilla no boil pasta. Follow the instruction on the box. It's so good. You can't go wrong with lasagna!
