I Need a Party Hall/ Venue in Queens or Valley Stream?

Hi, I need a large hall/ space to have my 22nd birthday party. Space needs to accomodate 100-150 people and have tables and chairs on site. The place must let me bring in my own food and drinks (alcohol included). Anyone know of a place? (Party hall/ nice community center, etc?) My budget is about $500. I'm looking to hold it in either Queens (around or near the Jamaica area) or Long Island (Valley Stream, Hempstead, Elmont area). The party is on Saturday August 11, 2007. Thanks!
