I need ideas for an apartment community resident party.?!

Question:

I need ideas for an apartment community resident party.?

I am an apartment manager in downtown Denver. I try to hold community events at least once a month for all of my residents, but I'm running out of ideas.

Details: Most of my residents are professionals or students, age range around 21 - 40, but I don't have any children living there. We are a historic building, so I don't have a pool, community room, or any large gathering space - I usually hold my events in our apartment model. At the most I usually get around 50 people to show up. I can serve alcohol and food, can't barbeque or do anything outside.

Answers:
beach party, pj party, mardi gras, sock hop, 60s 70s 80s theme, do a movie theme, sports theme , even do "be a kid again" theme have everyone dressed as kids and play some of your old favorite kids games like twister, sack race, or pin the tail on the donkey. may sound funny but trust me we did it last summer and we had a blast!

Make it a theme party (beach party, fiesta, rodeo, etc).

if your building is historic why not go with that theme maybe Victorian, medieval alien, or a murder mystery

What about a karoake party, or a pajama party. Everyone wear their pajamas. Nothing risque.
