A very cheap but very fun outing is going to the park for a picnic!. It may sound dumb or cliche, but you'd be amazed at how nice it is to enjoy the enviroment, your friends, good food and maybe something like frisbee afterwards (or whatever suits your fancy)!. All you pay for is the food and the gas to get there--just make sure you plan a rain date or something!.
