16th birthday party (fiesta themed) ideas?!

Question: 16th birthday party (fiesta themed) ideas!?
I'm having a 16th birthday party in a couple weeks that is fiesta themed (my nickname in school is Pancho so I thought the theme was fitting)!. I know this question has been asked a million times, but oh well!. Any ideas for games/activities/food!? There will be about 6 girls there and 2 guys (including me)!. We all like doing kids stuff, so pin the tail on the donkey is the kind of embarrassing kid game we love!.

One of the girls is a vegetarian, so I either need to just go with pizza or find some themed alternative for her that she'd like!.

I'm on quite a low budget, having already spent over $150 on decorations and sombreros for everyone!.

So any ideas!? I'm not worried, though - if worse comes to worse we can just play duck duck goose for awhile!. :) Thanks~Www@FoodAQ@Com

sounds like a great party!
for foods have a taco/nacho bar!. you can just have the cheese and veggies for your friend and have some ground beef for everyone else!. have sides of refried beans and Mexican rice on the sides!. perfect for Fiesta Night! you can make virgin margaritas or daiquiris or some virgin sangria for drinks (soda is just fine too!) maybe just serve it in margarita glasses (check the dollar store or Walmart for inexpensive plastic ones)
good thing you got the decorations covered! look for Mexican woven blankets to use for table cloths or check thrift stores for cool Mexican type serving dishes to use for the food!.
games- pin the tail on the donkey is good or you can make one up on your own like- Put the poncho on me or put the sombrero on Jose or put the flower on the cactus or something to change it up a little! how about getting a pinata and filling it with small goodies like candy, cool pens, lip gloss for the girls, whatever you find really at the store that will fit inside the pinata and that's within your budget!. have a chili pepper contest- have different peppers and see who can handle tasting the most! have a contest for the best Mexican Hat Dance!.!.!.or you all can do a craft of making your own small pinata to take home!.
you should get all your guests a plastic poncho for a party favor since that is your nickname they gave you! you could even decorate them with a marker and put your party info on it (or you could use those as your invitations!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

for the food something mexican but the food also has to be for the vegetarian girl and 4 the games think of kid but fun games so yall r not boredWww@FoodAQ@Com

You don't serve Pizza at a fiesta!. Try tostadas!. They're cheap to make!. Bean dip & guacamole are good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't forget the pinatas!!! You can have veggie nachos and taco's, just provide lots of toppings!. Defiantly play pin the tail on the donkey!.

Mock Margaritas

1 can (6 oz) frozen limeade concentrate
1/4 c powdered sugar
3 c crushed ice
2 c club soda; chilled
1 lime slices; optional
1 coarse salt; optional

In blender container, combine lemonade and limeade concentrates, powdered sugar and ice!. Cover, blend until of slush consistency!. Add club soda, stir gently!. To serve, rub rims of glasses with lime slices; dip rims in coarse salt!. Fill each glass with punch mixture!. Garnish with lime slices!. NOTES : If you are using margarita glasses, you may want to double this recipe to get 10 servings!. A margarita glass holds anywhere from1-2 cups of liquid, depending on the size of the glass!.
