How would I make a cantina scene setting for a party?
I'm thinking of throwing a themed birthday party with the main focus being on margaritas and fajitas. I'm wanting to give the room a feeling of being at a cantina, but I'm not sure how I can do it. Any and all ideas would be great! Thanks for the help!
P.S. I am on a budget, so I can't go too overboard with it... but tell me anyway and maybe I can find an alternative! :-)

Have your male friends dress as the Frito Bandito and the girls as hookerish senoritas. Having grown up in a boarder town and having spent many a night in a Mexican cantina I would have to add that the smell of urine and vomit and a couple of passed out gringo college students are also mandatory musts if you want a genuine cantina ambiance.
