Answers:
Raspberry Chocolate Cream Pie

Raspberries on the bottom
Cooled Chocolate Pie filling on the top
Serve with Cream filling or Cool Whip

Very rich and delicious = great combo and not a usual dinner dessert.

Sew Good Luck To You

Creme brulee', always a good choice.

STRAWBERRIE SHORT CAKE

It's hard to beat a good cheesecake.

You could do a really decadent brownie a la mode you could even warm the brownies a bit before serving and drizzle the ice cream with chocolate sauce. You could serve pastry and fresh fruit or chocolate covered strawberries.

Chocolate mousse is always a crowd pleaser. You can eat it even if full because one doesn't need to chew.

Fresh sweet strawberries with balsamic vinegar glaze and marscapone cheese. Yumm-o

Key Lime Pie !

It has recipes for quite a few tasty cakes and desserts that can be prepared easily from home ..

Angel food cake drizzled with some flavored liquor, topped with ice cream. You can also top it with mascarpone cheese imxed with some whipped cream for a simple tiramisu.

Maybe try something very simple. Scoots of vanilla ice cream in a fancy glass, with a sprig of mint. Or, check out the food network and look for recipes by Rachel Ray or Sandra Lee. They both have some clever and simple ideas for elegant desserts. Good luck!

anything chocolate would be good :)

Vanilla cheese cake with strawberries

Tiramasu is good (coffee dipped ladyfingers layered with a sweetened creme frisch ). Crepes filled with a variety of fillings are also good (try fruits, cremes and/or Nutella).

Try scones they are different and come in various flavors

It depends on what you’re having for dinner.
Light desserts (fruit and sorbets) if the dinner is heavy
Heavy desserts (dark cakes and tiramisu) if the dinner is light
Med desserts (pies and cream puffs) if the dinner is med

If you are serving a heavy meal serve a nice crystal glass with strawberry jello and cool-whip.The crystal will make it elegant. If it is a lite meal make a Boston cream pie--Delicious.Hope this helps...

You didn't mention what you were serving for dinner, or whether or not it is a "heavy" or "light" meal. Here are some ideas for desserts for either:

Jenny's Christmas Pie

1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 container heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 can cherry or raspberry pie filling
1 graham cracker crust (preferably home made)

Blend Eagle Brand milk with lemon juice and stir to thicken. Beat heavy cream with extracts until stiff peaks form. Fold into milk mixture. Place in prepared crust and top with pie filling. Chill until firm, about 4 hours and serve.

Rustic Apple Pie with Caramel

1 deep dish ready made pie crust
1 can apple pie filling
1 jar caramel sauce
3 T butter
1/2 tsp lemon zest
3 T brown sugar
1 T coarse sugar
1 egg mixed with 1/2 cup water

Defrost pie crust and place in your own pie pan. Take filling and mix with brown sugar and lemon zest. Place in center of crust and dot with butter. Drizzle 3 T of caramel sauce over the top and fold crust around filling, pinching at intervals to make it stick. Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degree oven until crust is golden and bottom is done. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt (or ice cream) and heated caramel sauce.

Chocolate mousse, Apple pie with ice cream

What you served in the past sounded wonderful...but you want to try something different,so how about a Boston Cream Pie and a Strawberry Short Cake?

Fruit salad is always light and welcomed. You can make it as simple or as fancy as you wish, and add very tiny or thin biscuits to go with it. Fresh mint or some berries on top can give it a nice touch.
Oh, and, of course, it is healthy!

pie

Pavlova.
