Hey im turning 16!! yay! sry im just toooo excited, but im in a country of south america, so i aint doin sweet 16, but i am doing a party, but i want ideas to make the party cool, but i dont really like fancy stuff, just like cool stuff! some ideas please!!

Have a pajama party with boys and girls! Have dance music playing and make virgin cocktails with glow sticks! Give prizes to the best dancers, best pajamas, best couples, and best singles, and don't forget to give a prize to the person who buys you the best gift! Call it "The best Pajama Party!"
How about a luau? Wear a bunch of lai's and tank tops. Or make tank tops and act silly. Have fun! Congrats on turning 16!!!!
Try a cool theme party. As poker is a great and popular game maybe have a "casino" theme. Another great one is to play a game that involves all the participants like a scavenger hunt. Make a list of 10 or more items that people have to find in the neighborhood and have them look for them. Have prizes and maybe a little gift for everyone that comes. As for food do something that has to do with the party. Go online and look for simple bite size snacks and also maybe do a cupcake party where instead of a "birthday cake" you have cupcakes with each persons name on them. parties NEED good music, good food, and something to do. assign a pal to the music so that you don't have to worry about it during the party. food can be as simple as chips and salsa--make sure the food is easy to hold while walking around. NO FORKS. tamales, chips, skewered food....

i just did this successfully at a fun, relaxed beach birthday party.
put together a long necklace with an envelope attached to it (or if you can find it, use a clear plastic nametag holder on an elastic necklace). put about 15 (or how ever many people you're expecting) cards in the envelope or nametag holder with various commands written on them. at the front make a card that says, "pick a card." the birthday girl wears the nametag necklace and then people at the party choose a card. guests have to do silly things like: dance like a chicken, yodel loudly, speak in pig latin, announce to the room that you're pregnant, make a toast to the birthday girl's "stunning beauty," sing happy birthday in spanish, etc.
depending on the group, adjust the silliness of the cards. also, to make your life easier, make no more than 15 cards, and then have guests return the cards to the holder.
this will allow you to float around to all the guests, and also give the guests something to do.
