Snacks:
-Rice krispie squares
-Brownies
-Ginger snap cookies
-Chocolate chip cookies

Depends on time of day, how many people, how long the meeting will be, and your budget (if they have one)!.

I would stick with juice, coffee, and bottled water to drink!. If you are expected to bring food as well, there are a few options:

-donuts would be expensive, but if you have a Tim Hortons!. "Timbits" or are fairly cheap (other donut shops may call them donut holes)
-you might find a package of 24 mini--or 8-12 large--croissants/crescent rolls at your local grocer or bakery for about $3 - $4
-if it is acceptable to make something and you have the pans, a batch of mini muffins is good!. You can make some plain and add raisins or chocolate chips to the rest of the batter
-in my book, cheese and crackers are always good, any time of day, and lately many of the Nabisco cracker packages have a coupon for free "cracker cuts" cheese
-for a light snack, preferably in the afternoon, rice crackers and hummus is a good option!. If you want to add veggies or fruit to the tray, that would make it even healthier, but prepare your own tray!. The ones the supermarket puts together are expensive and they don't give you much on them!.

I think you can get a box of joe at dunkin donuts!. That would be a good idea for those people that have to have coffee in the morning!. While you are there you can get different types of bagels and a few different flavors of cream cheese!. You can also get different flavor muffins!.

If you are doing just drinks, I would do the box of joe, bottled water and juice (either orange juice or cranberry juice)!. Lemonade, iced tea or punch are some other options!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One of the easiest and most popular things to do for something like this is to get a basket and fill it with individually wraped breakfast bars like neutragrain bars, or cherios cereal&milk bars!. also a basket of fresh fruit is a nice compliment with the breakfast bars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How many people are you looking at feeding!?

You could try to arrange a tray of cold cuts and cheeses, and another of vegetables and dip!. And bring an assortment of sodas and sparkling water, and a bag or two of ice in a cooler!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a Costco or Sam's Club membership, you can go to thier bakery department and get a large multi-pack of muffins and also get individual apple or orange juice packs!. They have great baked items!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
